ccBPM- Unprocessed XML messages

Hi All,

I would like to know how do we solve/Debug unproceesed XML messages available inccBPM. I have got CCMS alerts saying that almost 50 XML messages that were unprocessed.

If i try to resend the XML message,it is again came to same status.

I am assuming that, this happens when message received by a process instance is not processed. Please correct me if i am wrong.

Other point is , the BPM is using Buffering Possible option in SWF_INB_CONF.

I do want to know how do i delete or process the tehse XML messages?

I urge you to change the display same as its creating a lot of chaos to me and i tried to change my display which has not possible

When i try to execute step """""Now you will be in the work item display and from here you can logically delete the process instance by selecting execute button next to the "Logically Delete" description""""". i could not find any options avilable under service for administration.

Could you please help me out here?
