Approval Reminders in WFs: WS14000133, WS14000145, WS14000044
We are facing some strange problem in the customizing for reminders through the Workflows. In transaction SWDD we are defining in the first tab Latest End the following scenario:
Work Item creation
The problem is that the reminders are not sent. Is there any step missing? Do we have to schedule any job to send these reminders? Which report is sending them, then?

Check if the correct background job is running for deadline monitoring (simply use the workflowcustomizing transaction SWU3)
Then use the workflowlog to see if the deadline is reached at all.
Then check if the correct program (usually RBBP_NOTIFICATION_OFFAPP) is running for sending notifications to the users through mail.
And finalluy I remember there being an issue with notifcations, deadline and SRM, so you have to search OSS as well for your solution.
