is it possible to use the Transaction ME2O to create deliveries with Material without BOM-Structure?

In ME2O you can create delivery for components to ship them out to your sc-vendor. Whether a component-to-be-provided has a BOM or not it doesn't matter.
If your question is whether you can create a delivery for "components" that has no material number (e.g. you maintain text items in the BOM of subcontracting material (F-30 material)), I think you cannot use ME2O because these items have no stoc and consequently they are not relevant for ME2O which "SC stock Monitoring for Vendor"...
