Travel Request approval file in PDF format.

Hi Experts,

After creation of travel request details through TRIP Transaction code mail send to Reporting officer by selecting Edit -> Send E mail.for his approval but the File is going to mail recipient in HTML formating not in PDF formating.

How can i send PDF formating to mail recipient instead of HTML format.

Please do the needful.

Hi,

Try to trigger standard workflow when a trip is created. The PDF document will be sent to approver.

activate any one of these workflows.

Approve Travel Request - WS 20000050

Approve Trip WS 20000040
