Hi,

In Roll out project mainly we have to fit and gap analyses what is fix directly transport to development or on production but if gap process are their then we have to give solution for that gap we can do it by customization or id required we can use ABAP program

Same process first as is process

Then fit and gap process

Then to be process

and development process

few things we need to keep in mind if that project is counter to country then study proper tax process of other country all business process reports requirement of other country where u r doing roll out

first we have to understand the existing Bussiness process , depends on the requirement of the bussines we need to configure in system.
