Christell,

When do you receive this mail?

From your previous posting you mentioned, that the mails are getting into the SAP Inbox (SBWP) of your 'background' user.

If that's the case please make sure that the user, that should process the incoming approval mails has got authorisation profile S_A.SCON (as described in OSS note 455140).

Good luck,

Franz

Hi Franz,

Yes it was working before we did the transport of our new program. I believe it affects our email notification.

Email appers everytime I sent approval or reject to SAP server.

Hope we could fix this.

Thanks again

Hello Christell,

So you receive the message when the offline approval mail arrives at the SRM Server, right?

Which program did you change?

Could you please clarify?

Thanks,

Franz

I was able to received email notification asking to approved ot reject the shopping cart or any srm document.

When I click approved and send it. An email comes back saying:

"Could not be delivered because of

Server refused mail at END OF DATA - 554 Cannot process message in SAP System"

Thanks!

Christell,

The mail from Outlook, Exchange or Lotus notes (or any other mail service) coming back to SRM should have the following format:

Subject line for Approval: #EBP_GEN_REPLY#Approval of the work item

Subject line for Rejection: #EBP_GEN_REPLY#Rejection of the work item

Mail body:

'blank'

#WFTECHINFOS#444244093D34D34D34D3DE39D790544B6DB4D7#WFTECHINFOE#You can then enter an approval note.#NOTM#

The subject line and mail body MUST NOT be changed by the mail sender. Any approval/rejection notes should be added after #NOTM#

Can you confirm that the above is the case?

Thanks,

Franz

hi

srm.notification(at sigh)QA2.company.COM.PH

can you test this mail address like send one mail to this email address.

Define Exit Rules for Inbound Processing (Transaction SO50).

Inbound processing should be defined so that incoming messages can be routed appropriately.

Hi Muthmu,

To clarify, inbound processing is already defined. Is there any error with my configuration in so50?

Thanks!

Hello Christell,

When searching OSS for "554 Cannot process message in SAP System" you'll receive a couple of hits.

Did you check, if any of these apply to your QA system?

Cheers,

Franz
