XI Patch level upgrade OILPRA200512_1 ( 586149 / 2009 ) uninstall

we are installing this patch in the landscape....the question is if the patch is once installed can this be uninstalled later if it creates any problems or system restore is the only option?

This is not a patch. This is standard XI Content which is delivered by SAP to assist in the configuration of XI scenarios. It is imported into the Repository in .tpz format.

If you need to uninstall this, you simply delete it from the Repository. I can not envisage any problems with this XI Content that would necessitate a system restore or anything as drastic as that.
