notifications in the Satellite system

Hi everyone,

We configured Solution Manager in connection with ECC 6.0. Messages will be created in ECC. Can you consult the message created as well in ECC? There are two transactions created: - CRM Service desk message and a notification (ABA notification).

The ext.reference no of your support message corresponds with the Notification created. That's what made me think that somewhere it must be 'replicated' to ECC (tx-code: DNOTIFREP). Or what is the use of those 2 different types? And do you have to maintain number ranges as well in the satellite system?

Can you send me by e-mail any guide or document to configure the Service Desk with solution manager 4.0?
