Hi,
Our PI production server is in cluster environment and the same has been connected to a central SLD.
While trying to open the link Enterprise Services builder we are facing a issue "Cannot connect to server using message server: ms://<hostname>:8102/P4".

Hi,
Thanks for your replies. I've done all the necessary configuration as per the thread. But still I'm facing the same issue.
Ours is a cluster environment and connected to cental SLD.
The connection to the central SLD works fine but I'm not able to connect to the Enterprise services bulider.
Regards,
Varadharajan M

Hi,
Make sure the necessary ports are opened between the system from which you are accessing and the PI Server.
YOue network folks should be able to tel you which ports are to be opened.
