How do you update System Data in the Service Marketplace for MDM?

We don't request License Keys for MDM the way we do for other SAP products. Therefore, we don't have System Data in the Service Marketplace that is reflective of our MDM Landscape. When I open cases for MDM, I usually open them under a Portal system.

Have I missed something? Is there a proper way for defining your MDM Systems in the Service Marketplace so that we can open messages against the correct System ID and System Data?

Request for License keys in MDM is suggested by SAP to register it as J2EE Engine (or any Dummy value).

If you can research on www.service.sap.com/notes you can definitely find help for registering SAP MDM.
