XML message failue while transferring vendor to SUS.

Hi,

We are at SRM 4.0 with EBP - SUS scanario. ( we are using it on same server in two different clients )

While transferring vendor ( portal vendor )from EBP to SUS MXL messgae has failed in SUS with error :

An error occured within an XI interface: Exception occurredE:R11:123 -Enter at least one number for the business partner Programm: CX_BBP_BD_ERROR===============CP; Include: CX_BBP_BD_ERROR===============CM002; Line: 57

What can be done so that vendor will be created in SUS ?

first you have to replicate the supplier as company from EBP to sus

check for trasnaction --> BBP_SP_COMP_INI ( please check for exact transaction code , i dont remember correctly).

use the above transaction to replicate

Hello Sachin,

Is it new vendor creation or updation in SUS. For updation, check if the venamp table in sus contains an entry for the vendor to be updated.

Hi Sanjeev. This is new vendor creation however there is entry in VENMAP table. We have deleted this vendor in org but how to delete this entry in VENMAP table ?

se11 - select the record -go to top

table entry

you may have delete option.and it will ask you confirmation to delete.

be careful.
