problem in VA destinations webservices

Hi guys,

I had a problem of services, when i go to the VA>destinations>webservice.

When i test them, no one is OK.

Always a message : Error durin ping operation http exception : connection refused (errno 239)

A precision :

the 2 web services

sap.com/tc_slminterfaces/com.sap.slm.interfaces.proxies.sp.sp.BORM/BORM_SWDC_API_SLM_SP_GET_DLPortType

and

sap.com/tc_slminterfaces/com.sap.slm.interfaces.proxies.sc.sc.BORM/BORM_SWDC_API_SLM_SC_GET_DLPortType

are OK when i test them : HTTP GET RESPONSE 200

These 2 services are requested for the SLM ( problem : SLM web services are unavailable).

Is there other service to check to resolve my problem of SLM web services unavailable ?
