You can mention different passwords for different PI users, it totally depends on your security system. General procedure is MASTER password which you would be providing during the installation will be the password for all SAP users. SAP users like PIAPPLUSER,DDIC, SAP* etc..

Hi,

During Installation of O/S you can give any password. and then after the installation of SAP PI Installation you must give the unique Password.
