The EWA is visible I assume.

What icon (colour) is displayed next to it?

Most likely you need to start service processing in tx DSWP (Edit)

In SDCCN on your satellite, you can see the job EWA for SolMan scheduled?

And in the log of SDCCN you can see it succesfully transferred?

- Are you accessing the EWA reports via transaction DSWP?

- Have you checked SM37 for job SM:EXEC SERVICES*

They might got cancelled while processing.

If yes, check job log.

If SYNTAX_ERROR.

Follow the instructions of SAP Note 727998. It's the standard answer and it's always recommended. It should solve the SYNTAX_ERROR.

With a currrent ST-PI, you can also perform the steps in your Solution Manager in transaction SDCCN very conveniently.

Run SDCCN, choose Utilities -> Maintain Service Definitions.
