Procedure for configuring SAProuter

We have installed new SAP Solution Manager.Do we need to configure SAProuter?

If yes, what is the process to configure SAProuter?

Please if possible send me the detailed document for configuring SAProuter.

if confused at any step please write back and we can guide you and this configured and make it working if you have all the required Hardware Enabled already and working.
