HI friends,
Can you please tell me how requirement type and requirement class pass to planning (pp) from sales and what necessary settings are we need to do.

As an SD point of view , you have to define Requirement Type which will be assigned to Req. Class.Then assign this Req. Type to Item Category & MRP Type.you maintain these settings in SD > BASIC FUNCTION>AVAILABILITY CHECK>.

Please see my reply below,
In SD..Basic function.... availability check and transfer of requirement configuration settings are there, here you need to assign requirement type to requirement class first
then for the item category and MRP type combination this requirement type will be assigned
if u want item category details go to vov7
Once it has been assigned to item category or mrp type these details will be mentioned in Material Master where u can find Strategy field in MRP3 View this is the way it got connected

Key that determines whether and how the material is planned

Also check SPRO > IMG > PRODUCTION > PRODUCTION PLANNING > PLANNED INDEPENDENT REQ> PLANNING STARTEGY > DEFINE STRATEGY.
Her you can see the assignment regarding the Account Assignment Category , Settlement Profile , Consumption , Planning Indicator , Req. Type , Req. Class and lot more.
