settlement rule

Dear All

When i am going to maintain the settlement rule for WBS element i am getting this type of error

Enter a distribution rule for WBS element without a validity limit

Message no. KD059

Please guide me to solve this

Hi,

goto>img>ps>Costs>Automatic and Periodic Allocations>Settlement>Settlement Rule for Work Breakdown Structure Element-->Determine Strategy for Settlement Rule and maintain the settings as mentioned below.

first line

check on No acct assgmt  & your settlement profile

second line

check billing element, account assignment element, settlement profile and Acctasscat if you require

configure this and assign this strategy to your project profile
