PGR for a delivery with HU functionality

Hi Experts

I am unable to post PGR for a delivery with HU functionality.

The following message experienced:

"Post Goods Receipt" is not allowed (HU 22)

Message no. BS007

Diagnosis

The current status of object 'HU 22' prohibits business transaction 'Post Goods Receipt'.

Procedure

To process business transaction 'Post Goods Receipt', you first have to change the status of object 'HU 22' to allow the transaction 'Post Goods Receipt'.

This gives you an overview of the system and user statuses that affect the transaction. A transaction can only be executed if there is at least one status that allows it and there is no status that forbids it.

what is the status of the HU in VEKP table?

Hi,

you should check the status of your HU. You can do this in the pack screen -> detailed data for HU -> tab status -> fields 'system status' and 'user status' or in table HUSSTAT (or you can also find system status information in VEKP-STATUS). You can check in transaction bs23 and bs32 which transactions are allowed for HUs with the given status. Please also check the customizing point 'Define User Status Profile' if you use user statuses for the relevant HU.

kindly check the Customizing atIMG>Logistics general > HU Management > Maintain Goods Movement for HU Stock Posting.

Here you can check the Status as per the Movement Type assigned wrt Schedule Line category.
