Wanted to know how to install certifcates for HTTPS connection : have root certificate, intermediate and server certificate.
Log into Visual Admin and go to "Key Storage" and under there you will see a view called TrustedCAs, in that view is where you import the root certificates. And then under the view TicketKeystore is where you put the certificate for the system you are attempting to connect to. After you import those you may have to restart the J2EE, but I would test it first because it's possible that you may not have to.

I need to send a file to an external AS2 server.
The external party has given 3 certificates : Root cer,Intermediary cer and Server certificate.
In Visual admin : i see many views : where do i need to install these certificates and do we need to install all the certificates or only the server certificate?
