Status Resetting to "Created" in SDMJ document type

We are in the process of implementing ChaRM for all types of corrections in maintenance project. The workflow process works as per the SAP standard for all correction types except for Normal Correction. The status of the document keeps resetting back to "Created" even though we've completed the development and released the tasks. Instead of status going to "To be Tested", it keeps getting reset to "Created" and there are no error messages. Has anyone else faced this issue?

Try taking a look at note 919477. This resolved it for me.
