Link between SRM 7 roles and portal roles

Hi,

I use SRM 7 in standalone through the Portal. I've created my user in SRM with SRM roles,

which grant me with transactions.

In the portal I need to grant to my user portal roles, that grant me also some features, but

I'm not able to find my SRM transaction.

My worst example is the "edit internal addresses" (BBPADDRC), that will allow me to create

all the bill to and ship to of my companies, but unable to find a portal role that grant this.

Isn't it a way of recovering SRM roles/transactions in the portal ?

Best regards,

cyril-andré

No sweat.

SRM in Portal is a little bit disconcerting at the beginning but as a matter of fact it's all there

Forget SRM roles in SU01. Use the /SAPSRM/* dummy roles to bring the required authorization objects to your user. In your case put /SAPSRM/ST_PURCHASER.

In Portal, select "SRM Strategic Purchaser" role (SRM only! not SRM/ERP) in Tab "User Administration".

Then go to "Strategic Purchasing" tab/ Business Partner.

Launch "Purchasing companies" query. Refresh. Above the result list, you have the link to create ship-to and bill-to addresses.

In SAP GUi you can use BP t-code.

Enjoy SRM 7
