Hi,
I have a question around fixed pegging and order. If an order is deleted, which is fixed pgged to the receipt (PR) and this receipt is in turn fixed pegged to components receipt (PR) in the next level of BOM we have seen that only main receipt is deleted and not the pegged components receipts ( PRs).
Is this the normal behavour ? why wouldnt the component PR also get deleted ?
Appreciate any inputs.
Sachin

Hi Sachin,
This is std behaviour.
In fixed pegging, between every receipt and requirement element, the relationship are getting pegged to each other
and the result is fixed.
Fixed pegging relationships between requirement and receipt elements of a product remain intact even after a document change.
If you delete/change an order, only the corresponding link will get cut from pegging and the rest will retain.

Hi Sachin,
When an order get deleted, then its happen on individual level. Say Product 'A' is output of 'B'. Now, when you delete an order for prduct 'A' in any location, how can you expect you are going to delete those order for product 'B' as well, unless you specify? As Senthil said "If you delete/change an order, only the corresponding link will get cut from pegging and the rest will retain"..
Thanks,
Satyajit
