Standard SAP 8D Report

I would like to learn standard SAP functions to generate 8D report.

Appreciate if you could advise me step-by-step process to generate 8D report including what master data is needed to generate 8D report.

I have browse the thread but could not get the step-by-step process with master data requirements.
