Wrong component recorded in Early Watch Report

We configured solution manager system to generate early watch alerts from the production system. Both our DEV and PRD systems are on SAP ECC 60.

The genearted Early report shows wrong component in the summary page of the report. It shows SAP E-Recruting as SAP Component instead of SAP ECC 60.

All the settings in SMSY were correctly configured to point the SAP ECC 60 component.

Kindlay advise...

Hi,

Thanks for the response. But the suggested notes are not applicable as they are for ST-SER version lower than what is avaiable in the system currently.

We have ST-SER 700_2008_1 000 level in the system.

Kindly advise

#1040343 is not ment to be a bugfix but rather gives a recommendation

As mentioned in the same note, SAP ECC 6.0 is covered under the below config of the Solution Manager.

As of ST-SER 7002008_1 SP00 and ST 400 SP15_

SAP ECC 5.0

SAP ECC 6.0

SAP NetWeaver 04

SAP NetWeaver 7.0

SAP NetWeaver 7.1

SAP CRM 4.0

SAP CRM 5.0

SAP CRM 5.2

SAP CRM 2007

SAP BI ACCELERATOR 2004S

SAP SOLUTION MANAGER 4.0

We have the same configuration in the ECC system and as the SAP Software Component in the EWA report still shows E-Recruting instead of ECC.
