Hi
I hope You must have gone through the relevent document available.
Still I will try to explain you in simple language:
In an Proecess or Pharmasutical industry we have a Batch Mgt senario.
Also shelf life expiration of a batch is closely watch due to goverment regulations.
Now in Recurring is nothing but creating a re-occurence lot.
this is possible through Inspection type:09 in MM
Batch Mgt must be active.
Also in QM view we maintain Inspection duration.
Depending Upon the expiration date & Inspection duration a lot(batch) can be scheduled or can be manually created so that we can carry out inspection of that batch.
when we cross the expiration date we can block the batch which is very importatnt.
All this can be created through QA07
I hope you understood.
Regards
Sujit

Hi Sujit,
Thanks for your good response. I even had a word with my friend.
He explained me like this.
1. Material should be Batch Managed.
2. QM view should be active.
3. Inspection Type: 09
4. Shelf Life & Deadline monitoring.
Then you could do this, both manually or Auto.
Please do correct or improve my understanding.
Regards,
Vivek
