This is a Basis problem, not a MM problem.

there is a buffer overflow in your system.

no free DIA wp available

you can read this if you look at the coding for LSNR3F01

My issue is on SAP PI. I now that is buffer overflow. but i dont now in PI server where can I changing the parameters of this buffer.

is it on file, or with t-code

Hi,

Go in transaction SNRO , Give object EINKBELEG, go in option CHANGE .

Check whether Buffer setting by going in menu EDIT - > Set up buffering -and select option as no buffering and then try to create contract again in ME31K.
