Paragraph Numbering In SAPScripts

Hi All !

i am creating a letter for hr in scripts my problem is that i want like these

1.1. You are appointed as <<Designation>> w.e.f. <<D.O.J.>>.

1.2. You shall be initially posted at <<Work Location>> and shall report to <<Designation of Superior>>.

anyhow i am geting like these
