Hi,
We have scheduled RSXMB_RESTART_MESSAGES in our production system for the time interval of 1 hour.
But we are finding that even if the messages are in error they are not getting restarted.
Kinldy let us know wat can be done to fix this issue.
Regards,
Rajesh
What is stated in the execution log of the job? There should be a hint why processing of the messages was not done... Maybe messages are locked, currently a retry runs, ...

Kai

Hi Rajesh,
can you check if those messages have failed after they have been reprocessed?
If those are data related failures, then they are expected to fail again.
In general, the messages that fail due to target system being down or something like that, would be reprocessed succesfully when reprocessed, provided that target system is up and running at te time of reprocessing.

What kind of errors have you observed in the messages that you expect to restart?
Also have you checked if the job is being executed or not in sm36?

Prateek
