Listener - Workflow records are not retrieved

Hi,

Has anyone faced this issue with MDM JAVA API Listener?

A workflow is trigger on creation of new record and the listener has to update the newly created maintable record. There is a assignment step in the workflow which updates the newly created record.

The listener is able to capture the update event and the retrieverecordscommand shows that there are some records. But, when I try to get any value (display or field value) from the retrieved recrods, the listener application just hangs.

Any idea why this is happening? Am i doing something wrong? I believe the new records have to be handled in update event since there is an assignment step in the workflow.

Same behaviour if handled through Record added event.
