Hi experts,
We would like to use SAP PI for creating EDI Documents, Could you let me know what are the options available other than using Seeburger. We would be mostly using this for sending invoices to external edi systems.I would appreciate your help. Many thanks.
Any comments on Iway UCCnet Adapters for EDI, has anybody used it,Infact i need few points to justify why everybody prefers SEEBURGER.

iWay UCCnet adapterhave good capabilities to communicate UCC complaint messages. Also iWay provides a broad range of adapters.
However, when it comes to only EDI related communication, the set of adapters provided by Seeburger are far more than iWay. e.g. adapters for AS2, OFTP, SFTP, X400 etc. For a more EDI centric solution, Seeburger is therefore preferred as it covers the various flavours of EDI.

Take a look at:
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Options could be:
1. Creating adapter module for your specific scenario to convert the xml file into EDI file.
2. Creating your own adapter, but this will be too time consuming
3. Using Conversion Agent to convert your EDI xml into EDI file.

Hi,
>>>Could you let me know what are the options available other than using Seeburger
you can send XML files to your EDI provider if the provider supports it
or even IDOC-XML (there are also providers that support this)
so it all depends on the EDI provider you use
