Unable to configure XCM

Hi,

We are configuring ISA in ECC 5.0(ERP).

We deployed the necessary files in SDM.

When trying the URL <b>http://<host>:<port>/b2c/b2c/init.do</b> we are getting a message "ISA Framework: Internal Error No XCM application configuration has been passed and there is no default XCM application configuration defined. <b>Check XCM configuration</b>".

But when trying the URL <b>http://<host>:<port>//b2c/admin/xcm/init.do</b> for XCM configuration, the XCM configuration page appears. But if select any link over there, we are getting an error message <b>"Your Session expired Start application".</b>

Please help us regaring this.

Hi Rajkumar,

It Indicates that application can not find default XCM configuration.

Reconfigure the XCM for B2C or edit your existing customer configuration for B2C standard.

To solve this error, Apply latest patch for B2C application and make sure while configuring XCM, donot forget to chek the DEFAULT Configuration CheckBox for your customer specific configuration.
