Is it possible to track tcode usage with solution manager?

I am on the BW side of things, but a co-worker from the functional side wants some way to track the number of times a tcode was used in r/3. As I understand it, we used to do this using RBE (Reverse Business Engineering) before the upgrade, but the free version of RBE has been discontinued. Is there a way to track this type of data using solution manager or does anyone know of any way to track this?

Yes brett it is possible with EHP1 version in solman

Use Solution Documentation Assistant feature of the same.

Is it possilbe to track the history of t-code usage like this (past usage)? Also, is it necessary to have both EHP1 and/or SP 18?

EHP1 is SP18 so once you upgraded to EHP1 you get this feature

wel now it is recommended to SP19 as SP18 contains some bugs.

This data is based upon EWA data in short you have this report in addition to you which is visible in DSWP tcode for ur solution or landscape.
