Visual Administrator password

How can I reset the Visual Administrator password? The user is J2EE_ADM_SID (SID = System ID)

The support team has changed the password, but hasn't documented the new one.

Hi,

If you have any other user with authorization from the portal end, you can change it in the portal.

you can change password of user J2EE_ADM_SID by logging with administrator user or any user which have admin rights in portal.

Also, if you don's have any other user, you can do this with sap* user. for this please check below link:

Also, if this is the user id which you are using in secure storage ..then don't forget to change password in secure storage after you reset the pasword.
