confirmation of shopping basket

Hi

Classic scenario

shopping basket created for a certain quantity say 10

Purchase requisition created for the same.

but while creating a PO wrt the requisition the qty is changed to 100.

As per standard SRM

1.will the system allows to create confirmation from EBP for more than the qty created in the shopping basket?

2.will system validate the shopping basket or PO for qty for confirmations?
