settlement rule error

Good morning, my client has a problem during settlement (CJ88) in PLD.Whenhe executes, the system sinalizes a problem with settlement rule activity . In CJ20n, I realized that activity doesn't have the status SETC, despite of released status. The activity mentioned needs to be settled. There are real postings related with 4006027 network and the settlement rule could have

created during settlement.

Hi

Yes , for network activity the settlement rule automatically created at the time of settlement. So need to create the settlement rule for network order. Go to CJ88 enter the network activity and execute the settlement.

Basically this depends on the strategy you define the configuration: folllow the configuration as mentioned below:

1) goto Define strategies for determing the settlement rule:

Navigation: IMG>PS>Automatic and Periodic Allocations> Settlement> Define Settlement Rule for Network--> Define Strategies for Determining Settlement Rules:

01 as WBS element/project definition 3 4 2 1

02 to WBS element 2 1

03 Default rule 1

04 Manual settlement rule

05 No settlement rule 5

2) Assign Strategies and Default Rules to Network Types:

0001 PS01 Network with header assignment (int. NA) PS1 Networks:to sales ord./WBS el.

0001 PS02 Network with activity assignment(int.NA) PS1 Networks:to sales ord./WBS el.

0001 PS03 Network with header assignment (ext.NA) PS1 Networks:to sales ord./WBS el.

0001 PS04 Networks for sales order (int.NA) PS1 Networks:to sales ord./WBS el.

0001 PS05 Networks for make-to-order (int.NA) PS1 Networks:to sales ord./WBS el.

3) Specify Default Settlement Profiles for Networks:

PS01 Network with header assignment (int. NA) 60 Network

PS02 Network with activity assignment(int.NA) 60 Network

PS03 Network with header assignment (ext.NA) 60 Network

PS04 Networks for sales order (int.NA) 60 Network

PS05 Networks for make-to-order (int.NA) 60 Network

Note: in the settlement profile 60 maintain receiver as WBS.

incase you are looking for AUC generation, system will through an error at the time of release itself, it depends on the Investment type and profile settings.
