Hi,

I want to create a sales order with reference to another sales order, which is ok except when the prices are fetch from a value contract.

For sales order 1 the prices are retrieved ok but not for sales order 2 where the order gets list prices.

Any idea on how to solve this so that sales order 2 also gets prices from contract?

Hi ,

Plaese maintain the copy control from contract doc.type to both the sales order doc.types.Also maintain the copy controls from one sale doc.type to another sales doc.type ,as it is required to create a sales order w.r.to another sales order.Do not mention any value in reference mandatory field in item category of both the sales document types. If you are having different pricing procedures for contarct and sales order ,then select the coping requirement as 001 & 002 if it is different at copy control header level.

Hope it helps.

Hi Emma,

Goto Tcode VTAA - select sales document types

click on item category - here you can see pricing type icon

select B and save.

Thanks.

Check your contract pricing procedure it is missing because your order pricing is ok but do pricing procedure determination for your contract

1) Try looking at the pricing procedure analysis to determine why the prices are different. It can be found in the order conditions and then click on Analysis. The pricing procedure is the first item listed in the left window.

2) Look at the Sales Document Copy Control between the two documents. Look at the item level configuration and note the pricing type which determines how the pricing should be redetermined or not.
