Our client wants to attach PS Text to the WBS.
If any user mentioned any comment in the document, then nobody should be able to delete it. The remarks in the document should be there forever.
But if seniors want, then should be able to write another comment or their view about WBS, without authorization to delete the earlier comment or comments.
How to achieve this?
In the authorization, we have object C_PSTX_ART and actions

there is no authorization to delete/EDIT but still user can delete earlier comments, since he/she is having CHANGE authorization.
If I remove the CHANGE authorization, then user is not able to add comment in the document.
Kindly suggest.
