Remaining work not showing correctly

Hi,

For an internal activity i have maintained the data in the work field as 10 EA.on confirming i give the actual work as 3 EA and have not filled the forecast work and the degree of processing.when i run any report the values for remaining work is ZERO and the values for forecast work is shown the same as the actual work and the remaining work as ZERO.

where the error is occuring because as per my understanding the remaining work should be WORK-ACTUAL WORK= 7 EA in this case.

No.I havent checked the final confirmation.i am observing this behavious in IDES as well as the Unit Testing Client.am not able to locate the possible reasons.

Are you using CATS or any interface?

Hi

Go to OPST t.code ( Confirmation Parameters)

Select your Plant and Network type

In default values select PROPOSE ACTIVITIES check box.

This check box specifies that the activity which according to planning has yet to be confirmed, is proposed for confirmation by the system.

Examples

Total activity to be confirmed (setup) = 100 hours

Activity previously confirmed (setup) = 70 hours

=> (Proposal) Activity yet to be confirmed (setup) = 30 hours

Hi,

It seems u have fully confirmed the activity.

check the Activity status . It should be PCNF in your case. If its showing CNF , it means you have fully confirmed the activity.
