Administrator locked

Hi everyone:

We have this problem, some times the Administrator user is locked and we, don´t know why, but this cause that the conections JCO, can not be created, and the Web Dynpro app, fail.

Hello Eduardo,

Can you explain what you mean by: "the Administrator user is locked". Is the administrator the only person able to access the application?

Also some specifications on when and where you get this error might be usefull. What kind of application are you referening to?

Hi Michael:

We don´t know why the administrator locked, we think that someone tries to guess the password and that lock the user administrator.

This cause that all the apps Web Dynpro that call RFC's, can not create the JCO conecctión because we use the Administrator user to connect SLD.

com.sap.tc.webdynpro.services.sal.sl.api.WDSystemLandscapeException: Error while obtaining JCO connection
