Error Installing 4.7 IDES

Dear All,

I am trying to install 4.7 IDES but got stuck in CI installation. The log is pasted below. It seems that user is not having the permisstion for any of the folder but after checking the permission is there.

Hi,

The installation process is not able to recognise the hostname as it is lengthy name.

Please change the system name to NARESH restart the system after change the name and try the CI Installation again.

Please provide the OS and database details and also the hostname as I have face the same problem 3 months back.
