Yes you can modify the TO provided it is not confirmed. IBest way is, if TO is not confirmed then you can cancel the TO and re-create it and then take the print out
we can modify the header level data using LT1A but not the source bin etc at item level. However, if you have configured then you can change the destination bin at the time of confirmation.
