Responsibility department

Hi all,

Could someone please tell me where is the fields "Responsibility department" located in a billing document. I was ablr to find it in sales order (header--> additional dataB) but in billingd ocumnet i am not able to find this. Please help!

Hi,

In sales order,whatever you are saying as Resposibil dept in Additiona DataB is not a standard field..

It might be created by your ABAPers as per the client required informations in sales order..so that wont be get copied into billing document as a std function..

and there wont be any field called Responsibity Dept in Billing doc..in std...as far as my knowledge...(if u find pls lets know)

You can consult ur ABAPers to create a link between the two documents of sales order and billing docs to copy this information...
