Copy control from sales order to billing

Dear All,

I want one more Billing Quantity field as 'Y' in the VTFA, item details for item category TAS.

How do i add it..? as there is no configuration setting available for the same. Also where exactly i should write relevant coding for the same.

This can be done with the help of ABAPer. It's kind of enhancement.
