Update budget table through development

Hi,

I want to update the BPGE table with values through a development as part of the Budgeting process (No manual intervention required). Though, some of the efforts using a Function module is updating the values but not producing the expected results. It is updating only the values in the table but the distributable values are not getting changed (reduced) with this value. For eg. If I am allocating 100 USD for 3rd level WBSE, the Distributable value of 2nd level remains at 500 USD and not getting reduced to 400 USD and distributed is also remains at 0 instead of 100 USD.

have anyone came across such requirements and if so can you share your experience

Thanks for your reply. I tested this Function Module, it seems the table I_BPAK is the one close to the requirement but no fields are available for updating the values.

Have you used this before ? If so, pl. guide me how to pass the values ?

Hi

Why dont you use BDC Recording in development Procedure. We have one it that way.
