Simple question ...

Hello all,

I have 2 files on a Linux platform:

-> 51033493_part1.exe

-> 51033493_part2.rar

How does one go about extracting them on the Linux platform. I thought RAR or UNRAR was to be used but this does not seem to be working.

This is an executable file. you cannot extract it.

Hi,

Thanks for the information. It was "unrar x <filename>" that worked. I was using "unrar e" which did not work.
