Hi,

Basically when you plan in KP26, there few things you need to consider:

1) whether the period and year ar correct.

2) check the distribution rule in Kp26, whether it is equal distribution or something else.

3) If you are using work center, check whether the formulas are correct or not in work center

4) check whether you have specified the Activity type correctly or not in work center

5) while assigning the work center to internal activity check whether the distribution key in activity is equal distribution or not.

Hi

Create separate activity type for skill. semi skill, helper and use the same formula in work center. Maintain the cost in KP26 for the activities.

EX:

Activity 1 Skill = 40/Hr

Activity 2 Semi Skill = 25/Hr

Activity 3 Helper = 15/Hr

In workcenter you can maintain up to 6 standard values so you can maintain like this.

Setup Activity ( Optional if you want calculate setup)

Machine Activity ( Optinal if you want calculate machine)

Activity 1 Skill

Activity 2 Semi Skill

Activity 3 Helper

Create one seperate standard value key in SPRO and assign these standard values to the key and assign the key in work center.

Try this and comeback for further classifications.
