Service Z_PZ50 Cannot Be Accessed !

Former Member

We are using ECC5 , Integrated ITS.

I need to modify the SAP delivered Internet Service PZ18.

To do that, in SE80, i have made a copy of z_pz50.

I changed the parameter ~Transaction from PZ50 to Z_pz50

On the SICf side, I created a sub-element z_pz50 as a child of bc/gui/sap/its.

In the service data tab, i set the GUI link to 'Y' and in settings i made

~GENERATEDYNPRO= 1

~TRANSACTION=Z_PZ50

When i save these settings, i get the following message

"Service Z_PZ50 Cannot Be Accessed !"

Can you please help me solve this

Thanks

Sharath

Hi,

you need to active that service and publish it.

Surya-

I have activated, published the service and only after that i tested the service.

actually i forgot to add the CL_HTTP_EXT_ITS in the handler list. Now that i add it, the previous error "Service Z_PZ50 Cannot Be Accessed !" is gone.

But when i run the service, i get a screen that displays a 'start SAP easy access' button. I dont get the intented personal data screen

Thanks

do you actually have a transaction called Z_PZ50 in the ABAP system. you can make your service to reach the same PZ50 transaction by maintainting ~TRANSACTION=PZ50 in SICF also make sure ~theme is set the same as in SE80 in SICF

Durairaj-

Like you said ~transaction has to be assigned to pz50 and not z_pz50. Another thing is ~generatedynpro should not be set to 1

Thanks for your reply
