Tendering procedure : Two Bid cover

Hi Friends,

I have a situation in which the tendering procedure has to be implemented and follow the two way bid cover in order to generate the Final PO once the tender is awarded with lowest bidder.

Can you please help to get the process flow or steps execution under SRM 7.0 configuration.

It is covered in SRM -Sourcing

This procedure is covered under SRM -Procurement for Public sector (PPS)

Following is the steps .

Purchase Side

1. Bid preparation by the purchase

2. Bid submission to the vendor (Bidder)

Bidder side

1.Tender fees payment

2.EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) payment

3.Bid submission to the company

Purchase side

1. Bids are processed

2.Simultaneous logon technogology
