master data of easy DMS or EDMS

Does have any master data of easy DMS or EDMS?

Hi,

Master data for easy DMS or DMS is same like Document type ,Class char created for Documents,statuses etc.

We create this data in spro and use this via Transaction base DMS ie DMS or through easy DMS.

In easyDMS we create public and private folders, which are documents in SAP document management, in hierarchical structures, and then save originals there.

At both places we get the same data only the path we access the data is different .

easy DMS give microsoft windows explorer folder kind of feel.

hi,

Master data, is alway's refere what u will get all information in BASIC DAT SCREEN of CV01N.

EX, It starts with, Document number, doc type, doc part, doc version, apart from in Basic daata screens, Doc strucure, Autorization group, log staus, class-characteristics, date time, main objec links, originals, content versions, etc..

Same can be traced in defferent maner in EDMS, there u will get almost all what u will get in DMS, only extra thing is folders
