DataSource for 0CPR_ENTITY_DATE?

I was wondering if anyone knows what DataSource corresponds to the 0CPR_ENTITY_DATE InfoSource. I'm trying to find out from which tables and fields the information comes from. Looking at the Business Content and Repository Metadata, there appears to exist no DataSource. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you know what might be the problem if these data sources don't show in RSA5 in the SAP R/3 source system?
